I am using "Misfits Challenge Kit by Kelly" Freebie Scrap Kit and Kelly's Template #10 Here

I am using a mask from Weescotslass "WSL_Mask289" and you can find it by going to her site, clicking on Navigate,
then on downloads, Here
Lets get started
This tutorial was written using PSPX and assumes you have a good
knowledge of PSP.
Tube of choice
No outside effects used
Font of choice
Mask of choice
Open template # 10, delete the 1st vector layer and the creators layer (#2) Delete the two paint splat layers
Open 3 papers of choice from Kelly's Challenge Kit "Misfits Challenge"
I used #'s 4, 6, 10
Select layer Layer 2, selections, select all, float, defloat
**You will repeat this step for all three papers**
Edit/copy, edit paste as a new layer
Selections, invert, delete (use the delete on your keyboard)
Effect/3d effects/inner bevel with the following settings
#2, 2, 15, 1, 5, 0, white,, 315, 50, 30
Add a drop shadow of choice
Select layer 2 again and delete the template
Select layer #9 and repeat the above
Select Layer # 8 and follow above steps, EXCEPT
Paste into selection this time.
Open your tube of choice, resize if needed
Edit/copy, edit/paste as a new layer above Layer #8
Highlight Layer #5, with you selection tool, rectangle
drag a rectangle over anything that is covering the top of your tube
click delete on your keyboard and selection, select none.
If you have anything that is showing below the bottom of the frame
you can use your eraser tool
Now open elements of choice to finish off your tag, these elements
will all need to be resized to fit
Use my sample for placements if you wish
Add your text
Highlight top layer, add new layer
Add your watermark, add any copyright information that you need to
Merge flat and you are finished
